Yo, be sure to play around with the brush settings a lot. Photoshop will get so much easier if you learn how to manipulate your brushes to your advantage, and use blending tools too. This looks really solid though! Keep up the good work!

It seems like you're focusing too hard on the idea that they're fat and where fat tends to build up. Think of it like buttermilk pancakes. It's fluffy and distributed both unanimously, and in layers. So they all conform to a fairly similar shape, but each has it's own curves and fluff to it. And then the boobies are like maple syrup on top or something.
